Looks good overall, although the D-pillar is a bit awkward. If Tesla were to offer a wagon version of the Model S I bet they’d sell quite a lot more than they do now (in Europe).

It’s a Shooting brake (According to the designer that is, who I happen to have met personally)

i follow him on Instagram.
4 doors/longer roof to me equals a wagon

I agree, but designer speak and all.

when is he going to do the Model X cab-over pickup?

Jack it up a bit, add some plastic cladding, and make dual motor AWD standard, and then boom. New Tesla “SUV” to slot between the Model 3-based crossover thing and the Model X.

That gigantic chrome piece needs to go.

Granted, it doesn’t have a formal D-pillar to be called a wagon.

I think that’s why the designer called it a “shooting brake” instead of “wagon”... it looks like the rear door is meant to be pillarless.

better? (Tesla wagon by Qwest)

The roofline of the other works better, just that the chrome piece needs to go.

better yet, by Ares Design (Modena,Italy)

Make it black. But keep it; it tidies up the rear end

That yuge chunk of chrome is an unusual way to try to hide the thick D-pillar. An actual thinner pillar would be a lot easier on the eyes.

Better, but that awful body kit needs to go.
